If the Customer pays in full and on time, Contentexpression will transfer all ownership rights of any purchased Deliverables to the Customer. Where Customer has failed to pay for any Deliverable promptly, Contentexpression reserves the right to withhold or demand the return of any Deliverables from a Customer.
